My name is Scott Lindstam Jr., I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. I’ve been fishing since…. Well as long as I can remember! From a very young age I wanted to be a professional fisherman as I’d watch Bill Dance’s show and others with my father any chance I got. Although growing up in a split home, one of the blessings in disguise was being able to learn as much as I could from two great role models. I learned bass fishing from my father and I learned the outdoors and overall fishing from stepfather. I now have made it to the professional ranks of bass fishing and I absolutely love it. However, there isn’t anything on this planet that trumps spending time teaching and watching my son Waylon Cash how to fish and become a great young man. I’ve been competing at a high level of fishing competitions for 3 years now. 2023 is now here and it’s the year I’ve been waiting for. When I set out on this journey I planned on year one, just learning everything I could fishing outside of FL and what I needed to have as far as tackle, boat set up, electronics you name it. Year two, was to get all of those things in line and start being a little more competitive and dialing in my craft. So that now in year three, I can compete at the highest level against some of the best fisherman in the country. I can’t wait to share this journey with my family, friends and all of you that follow and support me.
